Federation of Katyn Families in Czestochowa deals with explaining the truth and memory retention in Czestochowa society. Permanently commemorate the martyrdom and torture - while demanding help for families who have lost a family members in result of crime.

March 12, 2012 died Mr. Jerzy Macialowicz, brother of Kazimierz Macialowicz murdered in Katyn. 27 March died Mrs. Alicja Grabowska - Janusz Grabowski's wife, he was murdered in Kharkov. Honor their memory!
With the students from Zespol Szkol Samochodow-Budowlanych met Izabela Tyras, Slawomir Maslikowski, Beata Bielecka and one of the initiators of motorcycle expedition to Kolyma in Russia, Wlodzimierz Lach (he working in Mountain Rescue Service).
The expedition, which was discussed at the meeting was called „Most Pamieci 2011”. (The Bridge of Remembrance 2011).
- Trip was tribute to killed people in the camps in the Soviet teritories - said Rafal Piotrowski, teacher from Zespol Szkol Samochodowo-Budowlanych. Wlodzimierz Lach during the meeting with students emphasized how many victims stripped from the honor and dignity. Motorcyclists action wanted to honor the memory of political prisoners.
But this isn't only reason to organize departure. Lach said that the trip was accompanied by a desire to travel and respect for Polish culture, history - painful and cruel which divides the distance. To Russia they drove with ground from Jasna Gora, and from Katyn they take soil to Czestochowa.
For two and a half months motorcyclists beaten path about 28 thousand kilometers - from Poland, Belarus to Russia.
